Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. One click in the panel. No new slot opens and open positions close on their own exit rules — nothing is abandoned mid-market.
Can I pause and pick up where I left off?
Yes. While paused the money is entirely yours to use: spend it, withdraw it, move it elsewhere, all inside your own Binance account. When you resume, the engine continues with the same settings. Let us be plain about one thing: pausing does not freeze the subscription. Your server stays up and the subscription period keeps running — this is control in your hands, not a free hold.
When does payment start and how does it renew?
Setup begins the moment payment clears, and the subscription runs for one month from that day. There is no automatic charge — because we take payment in crypto, you renew each period yourself. If you do not renew, the engine simply stops; nothing is cut off without warning.
How much capital do I need?
We set no technical floor, but we recommend at least $1,000. Below that the share per slot shrinks, and commission and funding take a disproportionate bite out of the return. The engine can work correctly and the arithmetic still work against you. SPARK is built to start exactly at this level.
When can I withdraw my capital?
Whenever you like, without asking us. The money never passes to us at any stage; the decision is entirely yours. One note: withdrawing margin while a position is open raises liquidation risk, so we suggest stopping the engine first.
If something goes wrong, who steps in?
The server, the connection and keeping the engine running are ours — fault monitoring, updates and restarts are our job. But the trading decisions are the engine’s and the market risk is yours. If something breaks technically we call you; we do not wait for you to notice.
Do you guarantee a profit?
No. We make no promise of return and we cannot. On the backtest page we publish the losing runs and the bust rate too. Stay away from anyone who promises you a number — us included.
If it works, why aren’t you getting rich with it instead of selling software?
We talk about this among ourselves quite often, and the honest answer is: we are developers. Building software is costly in its own right, and finance is a field where the cost is money itself — growing both at once takes capital. We have invested in our own algorithm and we keep growing it. But here we want to be defined as developers, not as investors. And that is what we sell: not a return, but software that works.
